White Peacock

In this painting, a male white peacock displays beautiful feathers to catch the attention of a female peahen. Peafowl with white feathers are very rare and caused by a genetic mutation. In spite of what some people believe, they are not albinos. Japanese painter Ohara Koson originally painted this piece, the colours have been modified so that the background colour in this print is grey, green, and blue.

Available as an unframed fine art Giclee print or a canvas wall hanging. For the canvas wall hanging, the image is printed onto heavy-weight fine art canvas and trimmed at the top and the bottom with oak battens. An adjustable vegan-friendly cord holds it in place. All you have to do is unroll it and it is ready to hang!
