Description
Mindfulness coaster Duc~kit
The calming coaster kit is the kit for those of us that need to switch off and lose ourselves in some mindfulness art therapy. Whether weβre escaping from the hustle and bustle of Christmas, the stresses of workβ¦.. or weβre just at home for a few days looking for something to pass the time. The perfect gift for a friend or family member or just a lovely treat to yourself.Β
This super lush kit comes with six oak wooden coaster shapes, which you can paint and decorateβ¦..and then use or gift to friends and family.Β
You also get some of Mrs Hβs finest paints, a brush and dotting tool and some mandal templates so you Β can do some seriously intricate designs.Β
Iβve also included a βhappy meβ organic tea and a beautifully scented Christmas tea light, making the experience even more relaxing and calming.Β
The more intricate and detailed the design the further from lifeβs worries and stresses youβll find yourself, a little letter box of love from me to you π₯°Β
